Tips on Enjoying Your Best Cruise with Cruisin Tikis Naples!!

Our Tiki Boats have the most fun on the Naples Waterway! Each tiki boat accommodates up to 6 people per Coast Guard Regulations. Our Tiki Tours can be booked per person on shared Tiki Tours or as Private Charters so that your group has the entire tiki boat. Our Captains USCG Licenses are important to them so please don't call to ask if you can bring a 7th person. Our Tiki boats are certified for 6 PASSENGERS ONLY per boat. This is an adult tiki tour with teens 13 and up allowed only when accompanied by parent or guardian (and they really do count as 1 person). We need a minimum of 2 people to move the boat. We have 2 boats in Naples. With the rental of an additional boat we can include up to 6 more guests so that we can accommodate a party of up to 12 people. A minimum of 8 is required to run both boats together. If we run both boats together we recommend you book a 2 or 3 hour tour so that we can anchor in a canal, tether them together, drop the gate which allows you to mingle from one Tiki to the other if desired. Our tiki boats are very stable cruising or tie-ups.

Important Things To Know

Are Dogs Allowed -- Yes
Are Kids Allowed? No children under 13. Teens 13 & Up are allowed when accompanied by parent or guardian. Teens count as 1 person per boat on an adult ticket.
Are there life jackets on board? Yes, there is a type 1 PFD for every passenger. Along with all the coast guard requirements for the vessel including a first aid kit.
  • Can more than 6 people cruise one 1 boat at the same time?
The US Coast Guard regulations for our tiki boats is 6 people plus crew.... this includes teenagers... NO EXCEPTIONS,SORRY! Your skinny, 90 pound Aunt or Cousin cant squeeze in. Ha Ha! For larger groups, you may rent an additional tiki and cruise together. We are NOT permitted to tether together while cruising, however if anchored on a swim stop we may tether together for larger groups (over 6 persons).
  • What can the tiki boats be used for?
Besides relaxing with a cold drink we can pretty much book anything you can imagine. From bachelorette and bachelor parties, corporate meetings, birthday parties, weddings... you name it and we will try to make it work. Give us a call for special requests or large group (over 6 persons) reservations.
  • What should we bring?
Please remember sunscreen, sunglasses, bug spray, water to drink on your tour and maybe a hat. We do NOT provide bottled water. A light jacket, long sleeve shirt or cover up might come in handy. We have coolers but you can still bring your own cooler. This is a BYOB & Food Cruise. See BYOB & Restaurant information below.
  • Where should we park?
In Naples please park across from the Three60 Market Restaurant at 2891 Bayview Dr, Naples FL 34112. (Restaurant Parking is for dine in customers only). Please come early and visit restrooms at the Food Truck Park before you arrive as you may NOT use the restrooms at the restaurant. Walk down to the dock in front of the restaurant to find the Tikis!

In Bonita please park in the Fish House Restaurants Additional Lot at 4685 Bonita Beach Rd, Bonita Springs, FL. 34135. It is on the same side as the restaurant. Watch for signs with arrows pointing to the lot.

What About Bathrooms, Tips, Weather & Cancellations?

What Happens If I don't Show? "NO SHOWS" will NEVER be refunded or rescheduled!
Can I cancel my cruise? No shows and cancellations of less than 48 Hours will never be refunded. If you call a minimum of 48 hours before the tour we will try to reschedule your tour or issue a full refund. Read More on our Cancellation Page - click here.
Should I Tip My Captain? Yes, Our Captains do work for tips, so gratuity is greatly appreciated. We suggest a 18-20% gratuity (on the regular price if using discount) for our captains... they are very experienced, knowledgeable, and work hard to ensure your safety and to provide an amazing tiki experience for our guests!
  • Do your boats operate in the rain?
We do operate in the rain as the tiki boats have a roof. However, the captain can decide at anytime to cancel due to conditions (typically high winds or thunder storms). We do not make the decision to cancel a tour due to weather until the day of the tour. We operate under USCG's rules. The USCG does not advise going out if wind speeds exceed 23 knots which is 26.7 mph. If you are unable to reschedule and still want to go on one of our cruises, the captains may, under certain conditions, go out to cruise in calmer water which is protected by islands or mangroves.
  • Are there restrooms?
Our tikis are NOT equipped with restrooms. We strongly encourage you to use the restrooms before leaving the dock for the Food Trucks & Celebration Park by visiting the restrooms. So please do NOT drink more than you are able to "hold" while on your tour! We do have ladders for water access and a camping potty bucket for emergencies. If Captain is notified at the beginning of our 3 hours tours we can make a potty stop at Bayview park restrooms or the City Dock. Our schedule does not allow enough time for restroom stops on tours less than 3 hours. If you know you will need a restroom stop then please book a 3 hour tour only.
  • Are cruises and cruise routes subject to change?
Yes, all routes are subject to change due to weather or current conditions, docking, USCG restrictions or captain's discretion.
  • Can you pick us up at our dock on the Bay?
No, at this time we are not offering dock pickups do our tight schedule. This type of charter cannot be booked online for scheduling reasons.
  • What should we wear?
TIKI BOAT ATTIRE: Boat shoes or flat sandals are recommended. Your feet may get wet during the cruise. Bathing suits or comfortable clothes are recommended. A light jacket, long sleeve shirt or cover up might come in handy especially for evening cruises.
  • Are the Tikis Wheelchair accessible?
Not at this time. Unfortunately the Tikis are not wheelchair accessible because the docks where we load from are not floating docks. They do not raise and lower with the tides, so potentially if your tour is scheduled during a low tide, there may be a few feet drop to the deck level of the Tiki making it impossible to load with a wheel chair. We DO have marine stairs to load the Tikis during low tide. These stairs consist of 3 steps with a railing. Customers who can walk up or down 3 stairs will be able to load onto our tikis if low tide should occur during your tour.
