WEATHER CANCELLATIONS

We charge your card when you make your reservation. Please plan how many people are in your group carefully.

Where we cruise is dependent on location of booking, duration of tour and water conditions.

What Happens In Inclement Weather?

  • We do go out in the rain! For weather related issues, we may “wait out” a brief shower, reschedule for another day during your stay, or refund if unable to reschedule.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any tour at any time due to weather, safety, mechanical or behavioral issues
  • Behavioral or alcohol related cancellations will not receive a rain check and this type of circumstance will never be rescheduled or refunded.
  • “NO SHOWS” will NEVER be refunded or rescheduled!

WHAT IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL?

We are also happy to try to reschedule your cruise if given 48 hours notice. No Shows Will Never Be Refunded!

What Happens If You Need To Cancel?

  • Cancellations: No refunds if canceled within 3 days of the tour.
  • Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about cancellation. Call 239-734-0670.
  • Rain is not part of our cancellation policy, we wait until the day of the tour to decide if we will cancel due to rain, we will then try to reschedule your during your time here, issue you a gift certificate for future use or do a full refund.
  • Cancellations will be accepted by email however you must also call to confirm we have received your email.
  • An email alone is not enough for the cancellation. No shows and cancellations of less than 72 Hour (Most Popular)s will never be refunded.
  • If you call a minimum of 48 hours before the tour we will try to reschedule your tour.
